Can I Return my items(s)?

We have an open returns policy and will accept goods back if they don't fit your needs or if you've ordered the wrong thing. We only ask that you return items within 14 days and that returned items are unused and packed correctly in their original packaging. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address together with your request for replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods. Please be aware if the item is simply unwanted or wrongly ordered there will be a re-stocking fee of £5.
