The Scrub Mountain Board Skate Truck 12mm Brake System can be added to any 12mm diameter axle Skate Truck style Scrub Mountain Board and gives riders the option to slow down immediately and safely.For beginner and intermediate riders, using a mountain board brake system improves confidence and makes learning safer, easier and quicker.Advanced riders looking to ride single track, mountain tracks and steep terrain will also appreciate the extra control provided by an efficient brake system.

The brake consists of a handheld lever (very similar to a mountain bike brake) and features twin drum brakes for all weather stopping power.

All necessary parts are included and fitting time is approximately 15 minutes.
