Featuring the same proven design as the Scrub Skate Truck (12mm Axle), the hollow axle version is 83g lighter per truck, making them ideal for riders looking to build a super light freestyle mountain board, or kite board. Simple and lightweight, the Scrub Skate Truck features adjustable bushing compression (by adjusting the kingpin bolt) allowing the rider to customise the response of the board to suit body weight and riding style. Tightening the kingpin by turning it clockwise will preload the urethane bushing and will increase the steering resistance, whilst loosening the kingpin by turning it anti clockwise will decrease the steering resistance to give a more direct steering response. Heavier riders should take into consideration that the hollow trucks will not be as durable as solid skate trucks or channel style trucks.
