Shipping and Delivery - Free delivery on Mainland UK orders over £100
Traction Kites Traction Kites UK Limited offer free Delivery on all Mainland UK orders over £100. Some products have extra delivery charge and it is stated clearly under shipping costs of each item. There is no extra or hidden fee on our items.
All orders are shipped with DHL, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. Sometimes orders placed later in the day will not be shipped until the next working day and will reach you within 2-5 working days.
We do not offer weekend deliveries. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
On occasions we may run out of stock on certain items, where this occurs we will e-mail you with an estimate of the expected delivery date or an alternative product. We will ask you to confirm that this is acceptable and give you the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish.
If only part of the order is in stock we will dispatch what is in stock now and the rest of the order when it arrives. You will only be charged once for postage. We will charge for the full amount of the order when the first item is dispatched. If however the rest of the order is unavailable we will refund the outstanding amount straight away.
Please note: For orders over a £100 where free shipping has been offered. TKUK will deduct the cost (to a maximum of £20) of the shipping if the item(s) is returned due to orders no longer required, change of mind as this would incur a loss to TKUK unnecessarily.
Refund and Exchange Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our products Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day "no quibble" guarantee. Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days of the date you received the item, unused and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note: we can only guarantee a full refund of used items if they are faulty. Any duplicatable products such as Videos or DVDs can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Please see our exchange policy for used products you are not entirely satisfied with.
To receive a refund, please complete the returns form (pdf).
We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods and we do have the right to refuse an exchange or refund, if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them. Videos, DVD's will only be exchanged if faulty.
Please note: Any bulk orders (i.e. same items with a quantity order of in excess of 4) will not be refunded as this will be specifically ordered from the supplier for your order. Please contact info@tractionkitesuk.com before ordering if you have any queries.

Traction Kites UK want you to have the right kit for you so that you can safely get the best out of yourself and the sport.
For internet and telephone orders it is not always possible to do this, so if order the incorrect item and wish to exchange this for a different product we will be happy to do so.

Returns
Before returning items for refund or exchange please notify us of your intentions either by e-mail or by phone on 01329 232579.
