Once the web site was launched things took off big time (excuse the pun) it was made clear that the introduction for new equipment was needed to keep up with the demand. In 2002 the website became e-commerce and the company has continued to grow.

Please note we try and keep our site up date with stock levels and product information. However, stock levels do change daily as does product information from our suppliers. Traction Kites accepts no responsibility for items being out of stock or any inaccurate information on a product listed. A full refund will be offered if the product is out of stock and an alternative product is not accepted by the customer.
Fast Free UK Mainland Deliveries: Traction Kites UK Limited offer free Delivery on all Mainland UK orders over £100. Some products have extra delivery charge and it is stated clearly under shipping costs of each item. There is no extra or hidden fee on our items.
All orders are shipped with DHL, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. Sometimes orders placed later in the day will not be shipped until the next working day to reach you the day after.
We do not offer weekend deliveries. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
On occasions we may run out of stock on certain items, where this occurs we will e-mail you with an estimate of the expected delivery date or an alternative product. We will ask you to confirm that this is acceptable and give you the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish.
If only part of the order is in stock we will dispatch what is in stock now and the rest of the order when it arrives. You will only be charged once for postage. We will charge for the full amount of the order when the first item is dispatched. If however the rest of the order is unavailable we will refund the outstanding amount straight away.
If you are returning an item purchased over £100 where free shipping was offered, TKUK will deduct the cost incurred to TKUK for shipping this item to you (to a maximum of £20) except in the case where the item is damaged or defective and where an exchange/replacement cannot be given.
