
TKUKs Privacy Policy We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also ask for your phone number, so that we can call notify you of your order status. Your credit card details are deleted after an order has been despatched. We may occasionally send you notice of special offers by email.
How accurate is our website? We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible, but we all make mistakes sometimes and so cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions.
Ordering info.
When will my good(s) be dispatched? Our aim is to dispatch orders placed before 2pm, on the same working day and at worst the next working day of receiving the order. Please note we do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays (we need time to fly too!).
How do I know if the item I want is available? If an item is in stock you will be sent an email immediately. This means that the item is normally ordered from our suppliers, or the item is currently on the way from our suppliers, and will usually be dispatched within 2-5 days. If the item is not available from our suppliers, or it is available but outside the normal dispatch period, we will email you within 2 working days and offer you alternative items or let you know when the item will be available. We will not debit your account until we dispatch the product(s).
What if only part of the order is in stock? If only part of the order is in stock we will dispatch what is in stock now and the rest of the order when it arrives. You will only be charged once for postage. We will charge for the full amount of the order when the first item is dispatched.
Which couriers do you use? Small items are sent by First Class Post, larger items are sent by ANC next day delivery. Therefore, most items are delivered next day. However, as with all couriers, delays may occur.
What will the postage charge be? All orders posted to the UK up to a value of £50 are £4 postage, £50 - £100 are £8 postage, and all orders over £100 come with free delivery. (Orders to the Highlands of Scotland and offshore may cost more). Please call us for postage costs of international orders. We will wait for an email with your consent before the order is dispatched.
Do your prices include VAT? All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.
Can I Return my items(s)? We have an open returns policy and will accept goods back if they don't fit, if you've ordered the wrong thing, or if you simply don't like them. We only ask that you return items within 7 days and that returned items are unused and packed correctly in their original packaging. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address together with your request for replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods. There may be a re-stocking fee for returned items.
My goods are faulty, what shall I do? Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before goods are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a refund, replacement or repair will be offered depending on each individual case. Unfortunatley, postage costs can not be covered.
